Based off ROBLOX Doors. Character has flashing lights and loud noises, you have been
warned. Non-playable character, can be defeated by meeting specific conditions.

This is my attempt of making a god character without using crosstalk/konsen (outside of dedicated measures). 
Inspired by the likes of various "no konsen" edits seen in tournaments.

I suggest setting explods at least to above 1000 in MUGEN config, and set helpers max to 56. Only useable in 
WinMUGEN due to the methods it uses (%n, %f, alive and palno impersonation etc.).

A basic form of crosstalk is only used for specific dedicated measures.

Each set of projectiles is set upon a cycle, which resets at 10000F if no target is marked.
0f-2000f is basic scraping + !time penetration + Sysvar(1) manipulation.
2000f-4000f is fall instant death.
4000f-6000f is ayu-ayu Killer.
6000f-8000f is state callback.
8000f-10000f is precision underflow + absolute marking.
10000f is forced declaration, if a target is marked.

Uses some light forms of %n (disable controls and f1 key when attacked, noko/direct death protection) and uses
%f/root deleter (only when timer is enabled or countermeasure for when direct death is used).

Dedicated Measures-
(Currently 21)

-Last Starman (12p)
Targetstate one of the helpers then use a proj to send to unused state and 140, instant kill with high damage proj.

-Scene (12p)
Use TargetVelset in reversaldef/marking helper, then targetstate to bypass NOKO.

-G Mizuchi (12p)
Set life below lifemax, then use a reversaldef to send to a killstate + marking to set life to 0.

-Arrange Mario (12p)
Hit with projectile that sends to stateno 5070 with max fall damage.

-Killer Colonel (12p)
Use scraping projectiles with no reversaldef/hitdefs, damage should be below 100.

-2nd Death Star (1p)
Reversaldef its hitdef helpers and then use parentvarsets + projectile to kill.

-Dark Colonel (12p)
Use Life Impersonation to set life to 0 to bypass noko, then mark; also having several precautions (set palno to 1, var(24) to 0 etc.)

-Dead of Treason/Zansatsu R (1p/12p)
Set life to 0 to spawn a specific helper then use specific projectile to spawn bug helpers, targetstate them to your kill state and then kill 
the same way you would with crosstalk. 

-Chuck Norris (Modern Version and Old Version)
Use specific projectiles with p2stateno to your killstate to capture helpers, then use projectile in killstate to send to specific states to mark.

-EX-Zetton (12p)/KURO-OBI/White Kyurem
Use helpers to occupy all helper slots, mark; and then perform Forced Death Sentence to kill.

-Devils Eye (12p)
Targetvelset the helpers that spawn, forcing them into changestates which allows you to mark them and create a proj to kill.

-Pianews (12p)
Don't use any projectiles, targetstates, hitdefs to avoid triggering the penalty system; use a simple reversaldef/OTHK helper with no customstate attached
to it to mark; and then kill with targetstate + targetlifeadd after marking.

-Meija (12p)
Wait for her to not be in monster form, then use two big damage projectiles (and hope she doesn't heal because its annoying AF).

-OmegaMaxime (12p)
Targetstate the helpers and then use a projectile to kill.

-Golden Goldship (12p)
Mark w/ Hitpausetime; and then perform Forced Death Sentence to kill.

-m-gb_game1
Targetstate the helpers and then use a projectile to send to statedef 1910.

-ESix (12p)
Targetstate the helpers she spawns with crosstalk and send to statedef 211 to mark. Slight RNG is involved in hoping she uses the move.

-Execution
Targetstate the pause helper and set fvar(18) to an absurdly high number, pause helper must be occupying the slot after your targetstate 
helper to capture.

-Kyurem, Wiju Dragon (7p)
Targetstate a helper and send to a hitdef state and then mark, avoid 131313 due to NOKO.
